History
The Basestar was formed in the summer of 2008, five minutes after the Season 4 mid-season finale of Battlestar Galactica. I wanted to review it.For those of you who have been around since the beginning, you know this article was never written. Instead, I wrote a review of Meet the Spartans. Then, changing my mind yet again, I scrapped it all and wrote a memoir of the night I saw Meet the Spartans. Thus, The Basestar was born.
I must also thank geeks everywhere for not buying TheBasestar.com before I did. You are a wonderful. So say we all.

Born in the harsh deserts of Antarctica, Ginn survived by skinning polar bears and wearing their fur as a disguise to fit in with other polar bears. After the body count rose, suspicions turned on him, and he dug himself into the ice, freezing his body until such a time as science could revive him.
The time came five long minutes later, when a research team pulled him out. Using psychological manipulation, Ginn turned the researchers against each other. As they fought, he stole their helicopter and established himself as a New York stockbroker.
His success was short-lived, and he retired to a small village, where he subsequently invented the internet. Not sure where to go after that, he began writing television reviews.
